Pricing Information ShadeApart strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. ShadeApart cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Clause 8 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns) below, if a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, ShadeApart shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, ShadeApart may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and ShadeApart will have the right to modify the price of the product/ service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that ShadeApart accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card/ debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For disputes relating to orders outside India, International arbitration rules of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of international arbitration shall be Mumbai. 22. We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. What is the range of locations to which ShadeApart ships their products? ShadeApart ships throughout India! My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. Cancellation and Return Policy Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India): If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes : Returns & Exchanges All Shade Apart products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if: Order was damaged in transit. Order was Incorrect. If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one.
