We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Cancellation and Return Policy Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India): If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes : Returns & Exchanges All Shade Apart products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if: Order was damaged in transit. Order was Incorrect. If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.
