Pricing Information ShadeApart strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. ShadeApart cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Clause 8 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns) below, if a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, ShadeApart shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, ShadeApart may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. What is the range of locations to which ShadeApart ships their products? ShadeApart ships throughout India! My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it? We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. Cancellation and Return Policy Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India): If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes : Returns & Exchanges All Shade Apart products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if: Order was damaged in transit. Order was Incorrect. If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one.
